How do I know that it is safe to make an online purchase at your store? TOP Our website uses Paypal for purchase of all of our products. This means that your credit card number is not stored directly with Shopping with Fido, but with Paypal. This provides for a safer and quicker shopping experience. We would love to post your pet photos on our site. Please email us with your photo and a little information about your pet(s).
If you have information you would like to share, an opinion on a pet related topic or a pet story you would like to tell, please e-mail us with your article (no attachments please). We will put up articles that are the most relevant and helpful to our Pet Community.
We may not be able to post all pet photos or all articles. Shopping with Fido reserves the right to determine which photos and articles appear on our site.
Do you ship outside the US? TOP No, we do not currently ship outside the United States. How do I enter one of your contests? TOP

Some pet and personal information may be required in order to enter the contests. If my pets apparel doesn't fit, can I return it? TOP
Please Measure your pet! Measuring your pet is the only way you will know if the item will fit properly. We do not accept exchanges of apparel that does not fit.
Shopping With Fido only accepts returns if the item is defective. What do I do if my item is defective? TOP
E-mail us immediately! You need to contact us within 5 days of receiving the shipment in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please do not ship a return or exchange item to Shopping with Fido. Items returned to Shopping with Fido will be sent back "Return to Sender" if we have not been contacted first.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving shipment. Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition within 15 days of receipt.
All products must be returned in original packaging and sent back to us using an insured method such as Fedex or UPS with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We will determine whether or not an item returned is unused, and is in original condition. Credit or exchanges will be provided once original item has been received. |
